Shipping policy
We currently only ship to locations within the United States. Check back here in the future to see if we have expanded shipping locations.
We process orders within 1-4 business days (M-F), and shipping typically takes 2–7 business days. We mainly use USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance and a tracking number. However, we may use other services from time to time, such as other USPS options, UPS, and FedEx.
Within the United States, all orders $75 and over will ship free, as long as no conflicting coupons are applied.
Return policy
Because we currently are a small business with limited quantities of each item, we currently do not offer a return policy. All items are final sale. However, please reach out to us right away if you have any issues and we will aim to resolve them. Rest assured that items are as pictured, and we insure shipments.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 2 weeks from the delivery date to contact us regarding any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot help you after this time.
Refunds
In the rare case that you need to be refunded, we will let you know via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
